Hélène Walter obtains her Master’s degree with honours in 2013 at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne. Laureate of five international singing competitions (SOI 2021, Kattenburg 2017, Mirabent I Magrans 2017, Clermont-Ferrand 2015 and Mâcon 2014), she has performed on the stage of the Paris Philarmonie and Champs-Elysées theatre, Budapest Müpa and Barcelona Palau de la musica and has collaborated with conductors such as Marc Minkowski, Jean-Yves Ossonce, Corrado Rovaris, Ton Koopman and Raphaël Pichon.

Hélène Walter has explored a wide variety of repertoires and performs baroque, classical, romantic or contemporary music with Les Musiciens du Louvre, Spirito, the National Auvergne Orchestra, the Intercontemporain ensemble and Pygmalion. On stage, she sang the parts of Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Sandrina (La finta giardiniera), Susanna, la Contessa (Le nozze di Figaro) and Mélisande (Pelléas et Mélisande). The church and concert repertoires are also dear to her. Among others, she performs Bach’s B minor Mass, Christmas and Easter Oratorios, St. Matthew and St. John Passions.

Hélène Walter recently recorded her first CD as a soloist at the Palace of Versailles’ royal chapel with the Chapelle Harmonique ensemble. She has the privilege to improve her skills with great teachers such as Teresa Berganza, Alessandra Rossi, Raul Gimenez and Helmut Deutsch.
