The SenArts Wind Quintet was founded in 2022 in Barcelona. Throughout their concise trajectory, the ensemble has received prestigious national and international recognition in the classical music field. They were proclaimed winners of the 15th BBVA Montserrat Alavedra Chamber Music Prize in Barcelona (November 2024), which took them on tour around the best concert halls and festivals in Catalonia. They were also awarded at the prestigious ARD-Musikwettbewerb in Munich, receiving the 3rd Prize and the BR-KLASSIK Online Prize (September 2024). In 2023 the quintet was awarded 2nd Prize at the Carl Nielsen International Chamber Music Competition in Copenhagen (April 2023), and 2nd Prize at the Les Corts International Music Competition in Barcelona, also receiving the Audience Prize and the Xavier Montsalvatge Prize (March 2023).

They have performed in concert halls such as Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, Ateneo de Madrid, Enric Granados Auditorium in Lleida, Can Roig i Torres Auditorium, Tívoli Auditorium in El Vendrell, Liceu’s Conservatory Auditorium, Viader Auditorium in Girona, Prinzregententheater in Munich, DR Byen Studio 2 of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation, The Queen’s Hall at the Royal Library, and the Concert Hall of the Royal Danish Academy of Music, among others. They have also performed in festivals such as Torroella’s Festival at the Espai Ter Auditorium, the opening concert of the Barcelona Obertura Festival at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm, Pasqua de Cervera Festival, Música als Masos in Olot, Angular Cambra Festival in Sant Cugat, among others.

In the pedagogical field, they have given masterclasses as chamber music professors at the Liceu Music College in Barcelona, Aragón Music College in Zaragoza, Lleida Conservatory, the Pyrenees Conservatory of Music and the Oriol Martorell Artistic School Institute. Since the 25/26 season, the SenArts Wind Quintet has been a MUSIESPAÑA artist.
