Vladimir Kharatyan

Born in Russia, debuted with a recital with orchestra at the age of 10. Graduated with distinction from the Moscow Chopin College of Musical Performance in 2018 and from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2023 as a concert performer and teacher, specializing in viola. In 2025, earned an MA with distinction in Music Performance – Concert from the Zurich University of the Arts and is currently pursuing an MA in Music Pedagogy there.

As a soloist, chamber ensemble or orchestra member, performed at various concert venues across Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, the USA, Russia, China, and South Korea. Winner of international competitions, participant in international festivals and academies, performer of works by contemporary composers. Besides music performance, engaged in teaching and interdisciplinary projects.
